gathers for Women of
Mercy, Women of Hope

Northeast Community
members have been
participating in the
three-year Institute-wide
process of contemplative
dialogue, Women of
Mercy, Women of Hope.
The focus of this year’s
contemplative dialogue
is “Our Membership
in and Relationship
to the Institutional
Church.
” Two of the three
scheduled Northeast
Community gatherings have been held
so far—one at Mercy High School in
Middletown, Connecticut, on March 2, and
one at Warde Health Center in Windham,
New Hampshire, on March 9.
More than
200 sisters and associates have participated
in these gatherings.
The final session is
planned for April 23 in Windham.
Throughout the day, participants engaged
in dialogue, exploring their experiences
of membership in and relationship to
the institutional church.
