How a Posture Corrective Brace Saved My Class Reunion
Well, whether I like it or not, I’ve been out of high school for 20 years now.
Yes, I just had my 20th
class
reunion.
Wow.
Needless to say I knew about it far in advance, however, failed to do anything to make myself get into
shape beforehand.
Two weeks before the reunion I was in panic mode.
I then received an email from
Daily Candy (which I rarely open) and it talked about how improving your posture could not only make
you look and feel more confident and thinner, but most importantly, it could do this instantly!
It made sense.
I looked at myself in the mirror, stood up straight and low and behold, I did look thinner
and more self-assured.
The trick was how to train myself to stay in good posture.
I’ve worked at a
computer every day for years and my posture is BAD.
Really BAD.
