A dog that was hit by a vehicle, that starting a dispute between the driver and
the owner of the animal, causing traffic jam, one of the largest reported on the
highway north.
The incident took place yesterday at 6:00 pm when the traffic
was full.
Near to the park Juanes de la Paz, in northern Medellin, was presented to be a
traffic chaos when in the middle of the street was the dead dog.
Witnesses said that a young man walking with his dog near the road when let
your pet for a moment to tie a cord, at that moment the dog ran, ignore the call
of the owner, to the highway, apparently to eat a piece of food that was there,
immediately a public service vehicle ran over the animal kill it, so the dog’s
owner insult the driver who responded violently to the young man.
