Dear Representative Sanchez:
As advocates for quality adult day services and their incredible value to the communities they serve, we are among
those impressed by your introduction of House Bill 6476 a/k/a the “Medicare Adult Day Services Act of 2012”.
Allowing rehabilitative and related services to be rendered directly by the adult day center and developing a mechanism
for certifying these centers, likely quite similar to the existing process for Medicare certified home health agencies,
would be a real boost to community based care.
Further, we would like to draw attention to two, (2) other specific
