vulnerable among us.
This incldues the chronically mentally ill and those with
developmental delays.
Many of these providers are now transitioning
their programs to serve the elderly, including the
medically fragile.
Many of these operators are
nurses and acustomed to managing a more clinical
environment.
Others have grown tired of dealing
with constant cuts in public payor dollars while
more is being requested of them.
