Your typical
adult day care
program will
encounter a
mother and
daughter or a
father and
son and the
parent needs
to be enrolled in your adult day care program, but
it is just not affordable.
This it surely happens to
the program that is aggressively marketing itself.
The parent’s income may be a few dollars higher
than what it would take for them to be enrolled in
a Medicaid waiver program that would purchase
adult day care for them.

contracted as an approved adult day care provider
by the waiver agent.
