the sale of Easy Check Cashing, a privately-owned check cashing and money
service outlet which has operated in Lake Worth, Florida since 2000.
The
company was sold to Shared Advisors, Inc.
, a private investor.

The sale was facilitated by Cecil Dye, Senior Business Intermediary, with Sunbelt
Business Brokers of South Florida, a Sunbelt office in Boca Raton, Florida.
