The Anxiety Lie Review The Anxiety Lie Review: My Personal Experience With It I used to have this unreasonable fear of frogs. Yes, you’ve read that right – frogs. I’ve had them for as long as I can remember. I used to cringe and stay away from any and all kinds of frogs, refused to even look at a picture of one, and later, even to think of one. I soon found myself having anxiety attacks whenever I’ve had to walk in dark pathways where I might encounter a frog. Even the thought of an unlighted walk could have me sweating profusely, trembling, and having palpitations and shortness of breath. Since it gets dark every night, I was having these anxiety attacks almost on a daily basis. Because of the effect it was having on me, I decided to do something about it.
