Lady Filmmakers promotes films that have women in key positions. We foster the collaboration between men and women filmmakers. Films are selected for great storytelling and appeal to a broad audience. The three main categories of programming are the following:
• LADIES ILLUMINATE- Films that are socially aware.
• LADIES KICK BUTT- Films that appeal to a wide audience including men and a wide variety of ages. It may also portray a strong woman lead character.
• LADIES FIRST- Films must be premieres.
To promote the future generation of filmmakers we have a fourth category:
• YOUNG LADIES & GENTLEMAN- Films made by youths and/or students.
