Support Service
he Teaching and Learning Support Service (TLSS) is
honoured to welcome our professors to the halls of
academia at the University of Ottawa.
We wish you all a
2009-2010 year filled with projects, activities and challenges that
are both fulfilling and rewarding for you and your students.
With
this objective in mind, the Teaching and Learning Support Service
promises a year rich in events of all kinds, which once again, will
focus on a close collaboration with Professors.
TLSS’s mission is to act as a catalyst and facilitator in the
transformation of teaching and learning.
To do so, we take an
approach based on research and best practices and work in
partnership with our stakeholders through consultation, facilitation,
training, production and support.
