Last night my husband and I were simply burned out from all the drama
that has been occurring in our lives for the past 3 weeks.
From me being
laid-off as a sales rep.
, our bills adding up and my husband who received
the news that his company are hoping to release a video game in a year,
which by the way is nuts.
So far 2010 has been a high stressful roller
coaster.
So when I came home last night after running a few errands and putting
the kids to bed, I felt like I needed a sweet drink to ease my day.
So I
scanned my fridge, looked at my stash of alcoholic choices and this beauty just came about in the spirit
of Valentine’s Day! I call it a Caribbean Rose Martini
Ingredients
¾ cup - Apple juice
2 ½ tbsp – Mott’s Mr & Mrs T Strawberry daiquiri mix
½ cup – Schweppes Raspberry Ginger Ale (more optional)
2 oz – Barcardi Caribbean Rum
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the contents of the glass over it.
