Local Insurance Agency Recognized
For Excellence

In late March,Kim Kinney and the Kinney InsuranceAgency recently received awards for their
excellence and performance at the Hilton Hotel in Burlington.
For over 30 years,Kinney Insurance,of South Hero,has been providing and servicing the insurance needs of NorthernVermont, including, of course, many Island residents.
Kinney Insurance
Agency was established in 1973 by Allen Kinney, Sr, who was joined by his son, Kim Kinney, in
1979.
Allen Kinney, Sr.
, a 40-year fire chief, retired in 1987, which is when his son, also a local fire
department member, took over the business.
The Agency has grown over the years, a fact that
may be simply attributed to the affordable insurance options that they provide their customers.
