Dear Friends,
One of my favorite movies that is
popular at Christmas time is A Wonderful Life with Jimmy Stewart and
directed by Frank Capra.
It is a
movie that tells the story of how the
life of one man, George Bailey, affected so many peoples lives in Bedford Falls, NY.
For me it
has been a Wonderful
Life here in East Stroudsburg.
You have welcomed Robin and me into
your Christian fellowship
and we have grown because of your generosity
and caring.
Thank you
for your hospitality.
I can‘t say enough about
your dedicated and talented staff!
Each one of them has unique God
given talents which they faithfully
use to enable the ministries and mission of this church to happen on a
daily basis.
It has been a pleasure to
work with all of them and I know
that Pastor Kimes is looking forward
to leading them again in September.
I am certain that Pastor Candy LaBar, who has now graduated from
Drew University Theological
School, will continue to be a great
asset for this congregation
