One must learn to live with it.
There are medications that can and do help.
Over the counter drugs such as NAID’s are
good.
They can reach from aspirin to Tylenol and beyond.
Then there are the prescribed
ones by your doctor if those don’t work.
Be careful when taking any kind of drug, some
side effects will do more harm than good.
I suppose the best thing for arthritis is your diet and plenty of exercise.
I have done water
aerobics for years and it sure helps.
You’re in the water where there is no pressure on
your joints.
You do certain types of exercises that the instructor gives to you.
It can be
very soothing and hard work.
