smooth? The choice of fruit is baffling, including both varieties that are imported
to Europe and never seen before curiosities and believe us, once you ve tasted
pineapple in Brazil; you won t be eating those immeasurably inferior artificially
ripened versions in Europe anymore.
It s hard to believe that the ubiquitous banana, (here not just a banana but a
water banana or a gold banana or an earth banana or one of many other
varieties) is not actually a native Brazilian but emigrated here some 500 years ago
with the Portuguese.
For truly native Brazilian fruit, head to the Amazon, where
you ll find a smorgasboard of superfoods.
