Pork Ribs & Roast Potatoes / Ingredients - For 6 people Main Ingredients Garlic Butter Ribs Marinade 6 thick pork ribs 200 g butter 1 kg plain yoghurt 1.5 kg russet potatoes 1 tbl spoon lemon juice 50 ml olive oil 120 g grated parmesan 2 tbl spoon chopped parsley 2 tbl spoon ground paprika 50 ml olive oil 6 garlic cloves 10 crushed juniper berries 2 tbl spoon chopped parsley 1 tbl spoon provencal herbs dried / Method Garlic Butter: (to be done the day before) Mix room temperature butter in a mixing bowl, fresh chopped parsley, lemon juice , garlic cloves (thinly sliced) and salt and pepper together until combined. Roll into parchment paper to make a 5 cm roll, place in the fridge or freezer. Marinated Ribs: (to be done the day before) Marinate the ribs with yogurt, salt and pepper for 6 hours in the fridge.
