like playing one.
How to accomplish
this is to build exercises in a systematic
way.
Below you find an example of a
basic beat where a hihat opening is
played on the first eight note and closed
at the second eigth note.
Continue playing those hihat openings
untill you reach the last eight note.
Then the next logical step would be to
play two hihat openings in one beat and
try all possible combinations of those
two positions in a basic beat (exercise 9
untill 28)
You can continue doing this for three
openings, four, etc.
I would say that
three is the maximum else you get an
overkill of hihat openings played and
the magic sound is gone.
Once you master these exercises try to
play them with other basic beats untill
