elegates at the British
Insurance Brokers’
Association conference
have reacted positively
to the news that the trade body
has entered formal discussions
with the Institute of Insurance
Brokers about a possible merger.
The talks, which were revealed
yesterday by BIBA chairman
Patrick Smith during his opening
address, are scheduled to be
completed by the end of the
year.
