In these Rules unless the contrary intention appears:
"coup" means the period of play that commences with the removal of the first card from the shoe
by the Dealer and concludes when the Dealer announces a result and if applicable collects losing
wagers and pays out winnings;
"Dealer" means the person responsible for dealing the cards at a Baccarat table;
“dummy coup” means a hand played where no wagers may be placed or made on the outcome of
the coup;
"shoe" means a device used and designed specifically for the dealing of cards in the game of
Baccarat;
"supervisor" means a supervisor employed by and representing the Casino Operator;
"table differential" means the amount which the Casino Operator may be liable to lose on a coup
as displayed at the table, being a limit placed on the amount of the difference allowable between
the total amount wagered on Banker and the total amount wagered on Player for a coup;
