WINNERS ANNOUNCED IN SATURDAY S 36TH ANNUAL
PLANT CITY CIVITAN CLUB YOUTH PARADE
PLANT CITY, Fla.
– FEBRUARY 28, 2009 – Under crystal clear blue skies Saturday morning, the 36th Annual Youth
Parade made its way from the State Farmers Market in Plant City down W.
Reynolds St.
, past the Festival grounds, and
back again.
Colorful, creative floats were entered by various local community groups involving youth ages 18 and under
such as schools, PTAs, clubs and churches.
Hundreds lined the streets to watch the parade and cheer for their favorite groups and floats.
The parade was organized under the direction of chairperson Pat Pogue.
All units were judged on general appearanc
