Sony Vegas Studio HD Review
When I first started up
Sony Vegas Studio HD I
was keen to see how
different this is to the
professional version of
Vegas.
How much of a cutdown version is this? Well, I
was pleased to see that
everything you need to
produce a slick home video
is here.
So what do you get with
this version? First of all,
you get High Definition
(HD) editing.
You can edit
video and digital photos
from a variety of digital
devices including DV, HDV,
and AVCHD cameras.
You
get over 500 customisable
transitions, filters, and
effects to enhance your
movies.
All of the video
effects are keyframeable,
so you can set the specific
video frame where an effect
begins and the frame
where it stops working.
You
can give life to still images
in your movies by slowly
zooming in on subjects of
interest and panning from
one subject to another with
the pan and crop tools.
Vegas lets you zoom in or
out, pan and scan, and
rotate pictures in any
