Anything you say can and will be used against

represent you, if you wish.

Detainees facing police custody and interrogation are supposed to be informed of
their rights.
However, statistics show there are 8,500 individuals unlawfully jailed in the
United States each year! There are various factors leading to this, but the main causes result
from overly aggressive physical and psychological interrogation tactics.
