CT PACK COMPLETE FEEDING, WRAPPING
AND BOXING LINE FOR BARS
CT Pack is proud to reveal the latest complete feeding, wrapping and
boxing line for bars running at the speed of 500 products per minute, with
one lane always in stand-by to back up the other lane.
The CT Pack line is able to receive the products lengthwise leading
disposed in moulds from the main production lane and transfer them into
single rows at a fixed pitch 90° by one mopa Intromat 4 cross feed station
with a tilting arm.
Subsequently, the single products with short side leading
are arranged by one feeder running in accumulation, with the last belt
conveyor synchronized to the speed of the wrapper machine.
