Recently, in July last year, a new judge was appointed to the Commercial Court of Girona. He has
been in Girona for years and we hope he will hold
this position for a long time. From Law and News
we wish him all the best.
The Commercial Court is of great importance
for Girona because it is the one that deals with all
the insolvency cases of companies and individuals
in province of Girona. It should be pointed out that
there is only one Commercial Court in the whole
province of Girona and therefore this means there
