The third bidding round happens after the fourth
community card (the turn) is dealt, and the final betting round
happens after the last community card (the river) is dealt.
Every poker player understands very clearly just
how important each one of these betting rounds
are.
You see, each one of these betting rounds
creates an opportunity to gain more information,
or a better understanding, of your position of
strength or weakness relative to the other
players.
Poker players acknowledge that these four betting
rounds (in other words a full hand of poker) is a
