AGREEMENT TO EXTEND THE TERMS OF THE MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN IRVINE CITY EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION AND CITY
OF IRVINE
The Irvine City Employee Association (ICEA) and the City of Irvine (City) agree to
extend the terms of the 2006-2008 Memorandum of Understanding for the period of July
1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 with the following amendments:
Article XIV - Salary: D.

Wage and Salary Range Adjustment

Effective the payroll period that includes July 1, 2008, the salary ranges of the
classifications covered by this Agreement and the base salary of employees in the
bargaining unit who are actively employed as of July 1, 2008, shall be increased by four
percent (4%.
