People regardless of age and nationality, with the exception of the members of the organisational team, may participate in the contest. 2. Concursul este fără taxă. 2. The contest is fee free. 3. Se vor prefera poeme originale, nepublicate în presa scrisă, în volume sau pe internet. 3.
