Harassing habits (especially if such actions appears to be rewarded) could encourage non-bullies, or
sufferers, to take up abusive actions themselves. This way, the act of harassing by one person can
influence a whole company by promoting behavior that drips down the entire business ladder.
After a current public talk, I shocked the group by confessing that the Levi's jeans I was putting on
