Barbara joined the Chamber on January 1, 2001
and served as the Chairman in 2009 - 2010.
Barbara is a graduate of the Robert Mayer
Huntington Beach Leadership Academy, a
Chamber program, which is designed to identify
and inspire leaders within the Huntington Beach
community by exposing them to all elements of
the City. Barbara works for RE/MAX Select One
Real Estate in Huntington Beach.
Fred joined the Chamber on April 1, 1990
and was honored as the Member of the Year
in 1996. Fred and Art Aviles helped co-found
the Ambassadors and the Vanguard programs
within the Chamber. Fred served several years
as the Chairman of the Chamber’s annual golf
tournament. Fred and his wife Carol own and
operate S & S Auto Leasing in Huntington Beach.
The Huntington Beach Chamber
of Commerce has had a
longstanding policy of not endorsing
candidates for elective office.
