There is much debate about what often proves to be called "free" energy. Energy that may hypothetically, with the proper technology, be drawn straight straight from the atmosphere, and in very plentiful supply. The debates are about whether the stuff actually exists or not, what it would actually cost were it to be harnessed, and if it does exist is it truly as abundant and efficient because it is cultivated out to be by advocates of research and development into this prospective renewable energy source.
