Honor played a key role in Las
Vegas veteran Joe Donato’s service
to his country in the late 1940s.
After basic training at Fort Dix, New
Jersey, he was assigned to a position
of honor as a member of Ceremonial
Company in Fort Myer, Virginia.
There was no other unit like it in the
