“Ability of Disability” an initiative by Princess Arwa Al Qassimi and
Sightsavers has given hopes to millions of disabled for a brighter future.
The
duo had organized several concerts in the city to raise the funds for disabled
and has served many disables through the money collected.
Several similar musical concerts are in the schedule and they are hoping
raise money for visually disabled persons.
The organization expects a large
number of gathering to donate for this cause.
The event will showcase
performances by artistes who are disabled and also by some of the popular
stars from the country.
A recent event in Mumbai saw huge numbers of people turning out to serve
for the cause and they were also entertained with dazzling performance by
Abhijeet Sawant, first Indian Idol, and many others.
