Latest Update for The Voice America Season 4 Blind Auditions
The search is on for the strongest vocalist to win the coveted title of “The Voice”.
Different types of
genre, be it country music, pop-rock ballad (a la Shakira) or folk-rock, are being delivered by different
vocalists from across the country with the common goal of being chosen by at least one of the four
coaches and fight for the said title in the succeeding rounds.
The “blind auditions” are held in a platform where contestants get to perform in front of a panel of
celebrity judges (and coaches) composed of Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Shakira and Usher.
This first
round of audition is so called because judges have to remain seated facing the crowd, only hearing the
raw voice of the singer.

When they come to like
the performance, that’s the time they’d turn around and give the contestant a chance to make it
through to the finals.
