Blow Out is a collection of minimalist poems that has a project. It is composed of title and text and both consume little space and words. The project of the book is to make language obtuse, so it doesn't function as a tool merely by which people can appropriate the objects of the world; the words are not windows on the world that when they disappear the world appears for appropriation. Instead, we have a world of words and their associations, their unfixed, decentered realization. This is the Blow Out of a capitalist approach to writing.
