Monitronics Receives 2012 Consumers
Choice Award
Monitronics, the second largest residential and commercial security company in the country has
recently been awarded the 2012 Consumers Choice Award.
The award is granted for excellence in
business and customer service.
This is not the first time this Dallas TX based company has been
recognized by their customers.
Monitronics have a client base of more than 800,000 clients, both residential and commercial.
The
company operates in the United States and Canada through a selected network of independent dealers.
Recently Monitronics added considerably to the customer base by purchasing 93,000 additional
accounts from Pinnacle, a company that at one time was a Monitronics dealer.
Pinnacle sold the
accounts to Monitronics as they felt that their accounts would be given excellent service and the
confidence in knowing that their security system will be monitored by an organization with a proven
record in customer care and excellence.
