You should also work hard on building up your endurance. If you want to be an athlete who performs well here, you need to be an athlete with a high endurance level. You also need to be able to quickly and powerfully and energetically work on your techniques. So that is the type of mindset you must have when you are a MMA fighter. This is one of those sports that isn't for the dainty--you need to be tough both in mindset and in attitude.
