There was a popular song a few years ago with lyrics about "we only have a hundred years to live.

only that were true, maybe more people would get serious about their health and nutrition.
The fact is, we take our youth and our bodies for granted.
When we eat, we see with our eyes and
digest with our heads - we remember the flavors, the scents, the enjoyment and sense of satisfaction
with food.
We do very little thinking with the rational, practical side of our brains and avoid asking
