Performance Appraisal System for Teacher(PAST) is the evaluation form use to rate the
teacher’s performance in every school year.
There are three types of cross rating ones
performance.
A.
Supervisor rater, B.
Self-rater, and C.
Peer Rater.
All of them are equally of the
same purpose.
Noted by the majority, teachers, always prefer on the second type to rate oneself
what they have done and accomplished in one school year by going back and forth to school
from Mondays to Fridays.
Sometimes including holidays, Saturday or Sunday they are oblige to
report to school simply because to serve the youth in developing their skills, talents and most
specially the good values.
Of course dealing with pupils will bring us to the community where
pupils live, therefore teachers work hard also in communicating, working, supporting and
interacting with parents, guardian in the community specially on selected stakehold
