photography grows, so does the equipment that they buy.
Basic equipment can
start at around $500 and go up as you customize your choices.
There are three basic rules of lighting for photographers; size of the light source,
what types of reflection, and family of angles.
It is vital that you have good
lighting but it is even more important to have adequate size of your light source.
If you are taking pictures outdoors on a sunny day with no clouds in site, then the
sun is your main light source.
If you have a day that is cloudy, even partial clouds,
the sun is no longer the main source of lighting.
The clouds will instead create
shadows that will give your object soft edges.
If you use professional studio lighting, you will be providing what the sun cannot
when snapping outdoor pictures.
