he 2009 State Club Team
Championship will be held on April
4-5 at Horseshoe Bay Resort’s Apple
Rock Course in Marble Falls.
The Club Team Championship is open to all
member clubs of the Texas Golf Association.
Clubs select three male mid-amateur golfers to
represent them.
They must be members in good
standing and have a current GHIN handicap of
8.
4 or less issued by the club.
All three team members play two rounds
of individual stroke play, with the two lowest
scores at the end of each round counting
toward their daily total.
The low club at the
end of the two days is the winner.
The winning club will be presented the
Rotan Cup, which is presented to the champions for display at their home club.
