to line up your putter, then this is a helpful tip for you.
the precision with which you aim the line on the ball will go
a long way to dictating how accurate a stroke pattern you develop
and therefore how repeatable you will become in starting your
ball on the intended line.
Beyond the back-and-forth glances and slight adjustments you
make to the ball’s position as you crouch down over it, there is a
relatively simple method of accuracy check you can use that i call
“Rifle Sighting.”
Rifle Sighting may look like plumb bobbing, but it’s not a
green-reading method at all. You are using your dominant eye to
look up and down the edge of the putter shaft as you have the edge
of the putter shaft (hovering above the ball) matching the line on
the ball.
from a distance of five feet behind the ball, hold the putter up in
front of your face. fr
