caddie masters.
I sit down with each of them and discuss the
direction of Whispering Pines, the direction of my operation
and the things we can improve on in each area.
Reviews are a time for reflection, praise and constructive
criticism.
All reviews should be balanced and fair with a lot of
positives after the meeting.
Likewise, after a round of golf we should have a review of the
way we played.
Much like a formal review in a business setting, you
should ask yourself the same questions your boss would ask you.
What areas can you improve? What did you do well? Did you
reach your goals? You have been asked these questions in a review,
but have you ever asked yourself these questions about your game?
Most the time of we are overly critical of our round and never
see the positives.
