be sent straight to an automatic voicemail recording.
You’ll hear “Hi, I cannot get to the
telephone as of a moment.
Please leave a note and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
”
This could possibly work for a personal number.
But your recording need to sound much better
than that if it s for enterprise voicemail systems.
The voice greetings of the voicemail number need to ideally have the caller think that they’re not
speaking with a machine.
They must feel that the call is valuable, and that you will absolutely
regret not being able to answer the phone call.
When a caller hangs up the call, they must feel
happy that they called you, and not let down for not being in a position to talk with everyone.
