I enjoy cycling.
It’s this type of wonderful exercise.
I’m not a new pup anymore, and jogging was getting
very trying to my knees, ankles and hips.
Bicycling, however, is an impact-free exercise, so it’s kind to my joints.
And also at the same time, it
provides me with a cardiovascular work-out just like jogging.
And cycling also gives my arms a bit of a
work-out, too.
