There are some cases that can simply utter by our mouth but it cannot perform by our
personality.
This is just like the proposal for Google that has to be taken–“close off pornography”.
Google
users are forced to opt-in to access adult content which would be “a mistake”, Google said.
Currently, government is sounding out with ISPs like TalkTalk to determine whether such filters
should be on by default.
TalkTalk have already provided an option to filter adult content at a
network level.
However this is just some among other ISPs across the world.
ISPs have been criticized for not doing more to stop children from accessing pornography
through the internet.
Specifically, if the government decides the close off, web users would have
to inform their ISPs if they want to view adult content.
