ABSTRACT
How do we produce clean renewable energy and fresh water for
future generations? Part of the answer lies in new technologies that
will transform conventional methods of creating renewable energy.
The Seadog Pump is an ocean energy conversion technology that has
been tested at the Offshore Technology Research Center at Texas
A&M University.
This technology solves some of the major
problems inherent in renewable energy power sources: storage, low
frequency output, and intermittency.
Converting the vast power of
our oceans into high frequency hydroelectric power is the clean and
renewable answer to meeting world energy and water demands.
