An independent survey, sent to customers who have had an
appliance repair service visit to their home in the last twelve months, determines
the award winner.
Designed to measure all aspects of the customer service experience, the independent
survey includes everything from the initial call for service thru to the
satisfactory completion of the appliance repair by the technician.
