I invite you to join me for ten days of learning, laughter and creating memories
We will have exclusive use of Le Vieux Couvent, a lovely 17th century former convent,
now tastefully restored as a country inn, nestled between the Dordogne and Lot
Valleys in the charming hamlet of Frayssinet.
With its fully equipped studio and
charming terraces, Le Vieux Couvent is an ideal sanctuary for artists.
• The LVC gardens- and the mediaeval towns and villages surrounding us ,are
inspiring.
Paint the roses and waterlilies, and unspoiled countryside, then relax in
the golden afternoon by the pool.
• Meander through hidden corners of the French countryside, stroll in ochre
stonewalled villages.
Visit Rocamadour; mount the steps where thousands of
pilgrims have passed, and see the Black Madonna.
• Wonder at the 14000-year-old cave paintings at Pech Merle, tour and see chateaux
and castles guarding both sides
