Most people are aware that hard work does pay off.
However, many of
us do not follow this adage.
This is especially true when taking care of
our bodies and retaining a healthy lifestyle.
What makes it an extra
difficult task for some is maintaining the often-strict regimen.
One
firm believer and follower of this ritual is one dedicated body and
fitness professional by the name of Michelle Alleyne.
Alleyne, a 25-year-old native of Trinidad & Tobago was bitten by the
fitness bug at an early age.
She began participating in aerobics at the
tender age of eleven.
She continued being a strong advocate of
nutrition and healthy living habits, into her teen years and beyond; a
trait unique to a small number of youngster in this modern day.
Alleyne ultimately found herself center stage of the world of weight
training and bodybuilding; a natural progression for someone with such
