ANALYSIS:
In accordance with the attached Director’s Request for Cancellation of Lease dated July 6,
2010, no hearing was requested by the lessee within the twenty day period as provided by
law.
Therefore, the Director is requesting that the above grazing lease be canceled for the
reasons stated.
DIRECTOR’S RECOMMENDATION:
The Director recommends that the Board cancel Grazing Lease No.
1-7365 for the reasons
stated in the Director’s Request for Cancellation of Lease dated July 10, 2010.
